No Fly Zone Interior

I guess you all know that military base in the desert, close to Las Venturas.
Well, in a misson for The Truth, you need to steal a jetpack and to do that, you can enter the base (through the door or the ventilation shaft). But after the mission, i really wanted to see that interior again, but the door was closed and the shaft too :S

Is there a way to unlock that interior again? (some hidden interior mod or something)
I've already searched for it, but I haven't found it.

If someone has an idea, please tell me

I saw somewhere a mod that allows to go to all interiors you visit but can't go back later. I'll try to find it.

Download that. Read the txt file for details. You are able to enter any interior, and do more.
