Whats the deal with www.ascendence.net? Whenever i try to sign up i get this error:

You cant download unless you are a member.

What a place that is , i'm a member but i forgot my password ,so i want a reminder e-mail , but you use your name instead of your e-mail address and the thing says i'm unknown so i try to re-register with another e-mail address i have and it says that they have a member with that e-mail , when it's just been created....i'm like....:wtf:
