Spaceeinstein made a major modification set;

Where are the pink circles?
P.S. I have Vice City.
Care to explain more about these 'pink circles'?
All I know is what is said here (http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1117).
Those are Pink markers, to be exact. Install the mod, then you'll see them in the described place.
Where do I d/l the mod for the pinks?
I have the mod posted installed, thats why I posted about the markers.
Now the igm tool isn't working, keeps denying access.
I've uninstalled/re-installed, and d/led a new img tool.
Nothing.
What can I do?
This mod does not require IMG Tool. What version of IMG Tool do you have?

Yup. Sounds like the Read Only problem.
Download and install CROA (http://www.davidcrowell.com/zips/CROA.EXE)
Go to your Rockstar Games folder (example: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\)
Right click on the folder and select "Clear Read Only Attributes".
Try your mod again.
I have d/led every img tool I could find(GTAGarage, GTA-Downloads, Planet GTA, gtagaming), I've changed the "read-only" thing, nothing is working.
Story of my life, keep getting denied:p .
EDIT; Ok, I was editing the wrong dang gta3 file. I was editing the IMG, when I should have edited the DIR out of "read-me".
