GTA Hazzard County

I am working on a mod/modpack for GTA Vice City : GTA Hazzard County, yes that's right I am putting the Dukes of Hazzard in Vice City.
The Mod will include the following:
69 Dodge Charger General lee
1978 ford truck
Jeep Wrangler
Cadillac Convertible
Dodge or plymouth cop car
1970's Chevrolet Tow truck
New road texture
Replace Pay and spray with Cooters Garage
New loading screens and menu
And more things that I can't remember right now
I have most of the cars, loading screens, and menu done. If anyone would like to help they're welcome. I would like to add a HUGE bridge to jump across the river. I could just remove part of one of the bridges and add a dirt ramp I suppose. I may send screen shots later.

I don't see much difference. You should change the icons, and the Hud, and maybe, change the buildings and roads aswell.

I plan to change the hud and some buildings. The only major mod I plan on doing is the huge bridge jump. For that I'll take part of one of the bridges out and add a ramp.And the roads all not all dirt by the way. It depends on what area you're in.

Those cars I did not make they the general lee was made by Silver007.
And the Cadillac was made by Klarnetist. But I am working on the bridge right now.

Because he wouldn't be able to mod anything, memory lock would prohibit a lot of the stuff he wants to do.

Take out the one behind the police station by the Malibu, the bridge that goes over to the tool store, that'd be a good one. But...what would ped cars do on it?

Also, Daisy didn't only have the Jeep Renegade, she drove a yellow '71 or so Plymouth Roadrunner for a while.

hey guys im still willing to help, btw moparpower, what do you wish could be included in this mod for gta VC or SA, cause i cant model, but i can make new textures for the general lee from the dukes of hazzard movies, or will this be based off the tv show, which one, also, what do yopu plan on including in this mod for hazzard county, if i was you i would eather delete the original country area in san andreas, or, make new areas in san andreas from or out of the old country side, what im sayiing is delete all the towns in san andreas country, make more backroads and more jumps, make only one town the be hazzard county town square and make about 4-7 farms, make a new savepoint/ savehouse out of cotters garage/ the dukes farm, and the police station, make a new police station, enterable and have a savepoint inside or outside it, also make it to where you can havc diffrent cars to race against, like the billy pricket car, or the doulble 00 car from the dukes of hazzard return of the general lee, and make new jumps from like in the return of the general lee game, well thats about it, this is only some suggestionws, you do what you want, and ill do my part by makeing a new general lee terxture for it, anyways thanks and cya, and add me on msn moparpower, mine is sethman21090@msn.com

Ok I now got San Andreas got permission but can't download the general lee for some reason.
If anyone could put a download link or email it to me then that would help. Also I've been thinking of retexturing the car so I could have 2 versions. If someone can retexture the car to look like the general in the beginning of the movie please do so. That is one thing I would like to happen. Sorry for any inconvenience but the VC version just kept crashing. Also this isn't a full total conversion just some cars and textures. Will retexture the sadler to resemble Uncle Jesse's pickup and the Mesa Grande. If anyone wants to help out they are welcome my email is turner2005@centurytel.net contact me for more info.

I still haven't figured out the SCM so I doubt I will do any map mods. But eventually I will figure out the SCM so that blue berry acres can be bought and retexture it so it is the duke farm. And will have it so cars can be stored in one of the barns. I remember seeing a mod where the marina in VC could be bought and it had a garage to store cars. So I figure it can be done. I might try to email the person who made it to give me some advice.

The Truth farm in the countryside could be used for the Duke Farm, and as far as the vehicles you don't really have to add uncle jesse's truck just use the Sadler Truck it looks like a Ford F100

Yeah you really don't need to retexture the Sadler but I'll have it to where it spawns at the Duke farm. Maybe a pay and spray could be redone to look like cooters. A race track does sound cool but I doubt I could do something that advanced. When I was doing this on VC I was working on a large jump but it never worked right sometimes the car would just stay in midair other times it the game crashed. However I might just edit it so that there is a race that has about 20 something cars and goes all through the countryside. And it could happen like once a week or something.

btwe guys i deleted my cars on accedent, srry, so i guess ill just have to say quits, i am looking forward to this mod, plus the only cars that looked cool where the general lee, and daisys roadrunner, and maybe even uncle jessies truck but other than that the rest of the cars where not even the right type or model or year so im srrry, i guess im out, allthough id love to help, i just cant, srry mopar i guess that i will not be able t help at all sice my computer is really a pecie of shit and i have dial up, so srry, anyways the like too where i got these cars is as folowed,

I hate to announce this but I have to gta Hazzard county isn't going to go any further. It may return in the future. However there will be a carpack released as soon as Gta downloads is back up.
It will include 2 general lees, a Jeep, road runner and a sadler with carcols and handling files. The reason for this is because I no longer have enough time to devote to this project because I started replaying gran turismo 4. And want to achieve 100% completion on it this time

This mod will be returning!! but its getting extended on to the TC version by my team GTA London. So what will happen is there will be a new city with sand and road with general lee and all the cars and stuff and some hazzard racers! so checkup now on the GTALondon topic here for more information as we get closer for finishing the mod. :D We do have permission from moparpower, and he is still continueing onto our mod, so credit goes to his for his mod.

No it's not out yet, but it will be in a week or so, it will be posted on gtagaming when released. We have fully finished the mod now but its a matter of importing all the cars and island into the game for us to test and so on, :)

Yeah, but I think the team is going to wait untill I release the website though. Which should be any time this week. Just got to do some photoshoping, use the layout to finish a few pages. Then thats it. I am doing the GTA:L Productions team website and the GTA:L Mod website to the same layout.

ok, since SA countryside looks and has the feel of the hazzard county, i and mopar has decied to go for a smaller mod that we was thinking, all the map mod will have is new huge and far jump from crossing rivers to jumping on highways, also there will be some new stuff, since we, me and mopar, have decied to just use the country farm savehouse near shady creeks as the dukes farm, the one above the truths, anyways i will be making some addons to the dukes farm/ savehouse farm in county, all it will have is a cool place to store cars and trucks for get aways from rosco, and some gas tanks to shoot in the time off, in the meantime ill be doing this for the SA carspack, anyways thanks and cya

I'm now thinking about a special keyboard for this PC of mine because chances are that my left hand will not be able to do anything. right now it's paralyzed. It dont hurt a whole lot but I cant move it. It's like its not there. It sucks hard.
