mods freezing

when in install a mod in vice city with mod manager and a play the game i go to my garage were the car i replaced is and it freezes and i only have one car mod installed please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try reinstalling the mod manually, VCMM sometimes screw up your game in installing a mod.
