Police Helicopter mod

is it possible to make the police heli just hover above me and not shoot at me? also i would like it if a officer would automatically spawn under the police heli and also not shoot at me. i would like if this could be scripted so that i dont have to get a wanted level in order for this to occur. I was also wondering if it is possible for npc's to move there mouths outside of cutscences i am pretty sure they can't though. thank you for you help i don't care if i have to use a new main.scm but if you do make a new scm i would like it if it occured early in the mission sequence.

well its just for a sequence in a stunt vid i am making. once i had a glitch where the police chopper followed me around but wouldn't shoot me. so yes i would like a police chopper to hover over a street corner on starfish island (thats the one that tommys mansion is on right?) and just have a cop standing under it and neithier of them shoot me just stand there. thanks

Well dude those are some really specific things you are asking for there, I doubt anyone would want to do that. Maybe you could be a little more flexible with it somehow and someone'll give it a shot.

yes exacly my thoughts i mean no one will make a mod that spisific. I mean no offence or anything but thats just weird you might want to get someone that knows someone or get someone personal to mod that for you. or learn how to script

I'm new here, but couldn't you use a mission manager/editor program, to say control and select what peds are where they are for this mission, inclueding vehicles too?
It would be a little bit OTT though, you could always get MTA, and use some friends to dress like VCP & fly heli, but it wouldn't look so good maybee.
