Installing mods

I ust downloaded a bunch of car mods for GTA 3 and tried to instal them, but most of them are .rar files. How do I install these types of mods?

click on the .rar and then take the files out of there by dragging them out.

Necessary files for modding are compressed in that .rar file. Use Winrar (http://www.rarlab.com/) to extract them from it.
