Where are the engine sounds located for each car and what do I need to open them? I'm trying to make a nebulus sound like a clover for example. Thanks

yeah were are the engine sounds i want to edit them too
All car engine sounds are archived in an audio file GENRL.SFX (Directory: GTA San Andreas\audio\SFX)
You will need the San andreas audio toolkit to insert any sound of your own into it.
