GTA SA TXD and DFF modding

Basically, I'm having trouble finding TXD, and DFF modding software, could someone reccommend a decent site? Thanks in advance.

(P.S. I want the software to mod GTA SA, so please make sure it's compatible)

You can use ZModeler for editing .dff's and a photo editing program like Photoshop for .txd's
