With this new gaming rig I finally picked up, I've had to re-download all of the tools needed to modify Vice City. The problem is, I've forgotten, atleast for the moment, how to use the Vice City Mod Manager..how do I use it again after installation? It brings up a small file structure window..what might I do with that window? Which directory do I select?


also, is there a way to replace the default character model, tommy in his blue shirt, in the cutscenes? I believe I've seen mods that do so. How is this done?

i think if you just have any character mod it changes it in the cut scenes, im not too sure though i dont really use character mods

another point of interest - I'm looking through the mods I've downloaded, and there was a mod to change the background of the screen where you see your saved games with some Vice City art of a hotel. What was that named on the page, and where might I be able to find that again?
