Video Cards and visual quality of the game

Curious about what sort of video card do you need in order for the game to look this good

I just got a pretty good $700+ rig with a GForceFX4 (I believe) & 1Gig of RAM, etc. There seems to be a somewhat of a difference, but I'm not sure about that kind of difference, as in the shots above. Were these just enhanced shots or is this sort of visual quality able to be achieved with a good graphics card?

i think those pictures were enhanced slightly, with all the settings on high and the res on full it doesnt look like that

Those pictures are all from the beta version. The final release version looks no where near as pretty. I played Vice City with everything maxed out, forced FSAA and AF etc and it looks pretty sweet - but you can't get it to look like the beta like that. The models and textures are more detailed in the beta - and nobody has leaked them :(

There is a Mod on the Borg Gaming called "Miami Feel Mod", which upgrades the Texture file to one that is 17MB, it makes the game look more cleaner, Vastly improves the water, etc, heres a few screens...
