Fantasize what the next GTA will be like? Decide yourself! Here's what to do. Using the picture below, open it in Photoshop, create a layer below it, and work off of there.

Believe me, making this wasn't easy at all. Took me a good 1.5 - 2 hours to make it. Thanks for the comments :)

i like it but how do you get the rockstar and the rp over the images?like give a tut for it.

Super Beast - Yeah, I did, but that was before this forum was made and that one didn't have a transparent background so you had to delete it yourself.
jjj11 - Make a layer below the layout layer and put everything on that.

That is so easy to do I mean get the rockstar logo over any pic you put into the second layer...

could ya do one or jus change the '3' into '2' please (I'd like 2do 2 versions for the PS3 & 2

Just download the Zyrinc font, fill black over the 3, and change it to a 2.
