or....which is the tanker?!

You can find them in the countryside. They are quite bigger than the 'Linerunner'.
And, the fuel tanks are available at some gas stations scattered around San Andreas.

You can also find them in the 'Docks' area of LS. And the Harbor in SF.

Yeah, it's easy to confuse the two. Atleast you can tell them apart from the Roadtrain. Due to it being so large.
It is easy to distinguish both of them judging the structure of their front bumper.
