Little help

I know this is kinda basic but, How do I get those outline things around letter. Like in the GTA logo.
I have Corel 12 but if you tell me how to do it in Photoshop, I can understand.

In photoshop thats called a stroke... what you do in PS is go to layer then layer style then stroke... cant help you with corel
