does anyone know if its possible to permanently add Paintjob Skins to pedestrian lowriders and wheels arch angels cars on the streets? I think it would be kinda cool seeing peds drive around with the paintjobs, and the random car colors will make the paintjobs look different just like in the body shops.
Reason why I want to do this is cause of the paintjob eating glitch when you store cars in the garage.
