CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHERE TO FIND A RAR TOOL FOR IMPORTING CARS TO SAN ANDREAS........I CAN ONLY FIND ONE AND THATS IN GERMAN.............THANKS....P.S....PORSCHE 911 IS PUKKA.:evil3:

RAR tool? thats Winrar and its similar to winzip

some of the cars ive downloaded have come in rar file form and not txd or dff to be used with img tool like the ones on this site.is there another tool i can use for the rar files.....any help welcome
Get the Winrar (http://www.download.com/3000-2250-10007677.html) to un-rar those mod files.
