Discuss (http://www.gta-mods.net/files/fileinfo.php?id=220).

it's the first mod I've actually released for people to download :p most of my mods are mine only. But this mod will help people who's compoopers can't handle the clouds that are really high up.

nice mod, but if you use that same image ya used to replace "cloudhigh" and then resize it to 1 x 1 pixels and replace "cloudmasked" it will also get rid of that layer of clouds that hover over the trees. thats what I did and works great ;)

Yeah I know. But that low-level cloud doesn't cause people lag problems. That's why I made that mod, to remove the lag.

I might do something about the lag when it rains next.

I know the lo-level cloud doesn't cause lag I only did it so I could see the ground better when flying, and removeing the rain would be awesome I get like a 20fps hit in performance when it does

Yeah, I'll give it a go. Not sure how easy it is to do colour. I've only had a go at black and white. See what happens if I use colour though.

I gave up on the whole stop-it-raining mod, because it seems that's more of a main.scm-type mod. Not a simple texture change.

Hey Mouldy, can you make your mod and this (http://www.gtagaming.com/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=1064) mod together? It would be greatly appreshiated, at least y me...
