In Vice City Iam installing a Car Mod and when i tried putting in the Handling Config it wont show up on IMG Tool how can i change it for a vehicle Mod??

Um... handling.cfg and IMG Tool do not go together. Hence the whole "IMG" thing.

Ok well how can i fix this? so i can change the Handling this is for a Complete Modded Car Iam dling everyhitng from scratch its not taking the place of a car how can i change the handling?

lol srry man this is the first car i have ever tried to install and iam sorta learning as i go along. But what i mean to say is Steps one thru 3 i have done which was the .dff files and the .txd files that is done the next step says to change handling 4. Installing the handling:
- make a backup of the file "handling.cfg" in your data-folder
- open the file "handling.cfg" and change the SABRETUR-line like that:

thats what that says to do next but i dont know what to do there.
