When ever i try to add a file to my gta3.img its says that File access denied (Iam trying to dl the World Trade Center Building Mod) but in the read.me it says to add them can anyone help me ? or someone that has this mod tell me what going on??? thnx

Make sure that all of the files in the models folder are not read-only. Select all of them, right click, choose properties, and uncheck Read-Only.
