like andro at LSX and FBI truck in a police compound

Get a car spawner and spawn them. The one here lists the cars (http://operationgta.com//downloads/index.php?acti on=file&id=57)

No, its a paintjob. But if you get this (http://operationgta.com//downloads/index.php?acti on=file&id=60) you can go in transfender and get that paintjob.
shit I just wen't to all that work makeing a guide with the vehicles and ID's HERE (http://www.edgeforums.net/gta/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52557) and I didn't know they updated the car spawner tool to list them :p man took me a full day to make it too
