Help With Car Mods Please!

Hey, I'm a newbie to this car modding thing and would really appreciate it if someone could give me step by step instructions on how to use the Shelby GT500 E mod I downloaded from this site. I've downloaded the IMG tool but wouldn't know where to start with it and whatever files I need to locate. Thanks.

1) Open "Shelby.zip" using WinZip
2) Notice "elegy.dff" and "elegy.txd"
3) Open IMG tool and find "elegy.txd"
4) Take the original .txd and .dff out of the IMG tool library and put them in another folder (for backups)
5) Now that both "elegy.dff" and "elegy.txd" are gone, insert the new .dff/.txd into the IMG library
6) Once that's done, rebuild the library
7) Now with notepad, open up the San Andreas directory
8) Browse for Handling.cfg and use the new handling line
9) Search for Carcols.dat and replace the colors with the new ones
10) Last is the Vehicle.ide, this is where and how ofter the car will appear. Change the old for the new
11) After that, you're done. Enjoy your new car :)

If it's too complicated, you might want to try a mod installer. For extra fun, find a gxt editor so you can change the car's in-game name.

1.) Open IMG tool
2.) Copy files from Shelby xip to the location of IMG tool.
3.) Open gta3.ing in IMG tool, go C://>Program Files>Rockstar Games>GTA San Andreas>Models>gta3.img
4.) Find whatever it replaces e.g 'Sabre.dff' the EXTRACT and then replace.
5.) Do the same for the .txd
6.) Open the readme, and follow instructions from there.

Wow, thanks guys, I finally figured it out. Looking back it doesn't take much time at all. The hardest thing was looking for elegy.dff in the archive because I didn't know you could just FIND it.....duh!
