Banner for new site [Request]

I want a simple banner for my new organization that will be featured on stopblame.com called Gamers Against Media Endorsed Slander pr G.A.M.E.S.

I want it to be simple and if it could look almost exactly this

except for the different names and something else in place of the controller (not sure what), that'd be great
