Hi i still have a problem downloading the stuff with both my internet explorar and firefox only on gta gaming! What other way can i download the mods?

what happens is that it says that it timed out before the download starts!
on internet explorar it goes to a page saying to relode!

yup
but on other websites it works like gta garage or gta place
but all of the websites have less and stupider mods

Okay, whatever.. that was advertising so I just deleted it... but whatever...
Anyways, if you still want to try, take a screenshot of the error you get with firefox.

HI i am having the same problem with downloads. I've reconfigured my FTP protocol, downloaded firefox, used IE, even AOL and they all come to the same general idea "you cant do that" so please help. GeoMan is right other sites work but dont have near as many mods.

I found that if you have some sort of firewall you need to configure it to be able to connect to a FTP server. I have the windows firewall that comes with XP so i can help with that.
1. Open your control panel from the start menu and click on Windows Firewal
l
2.Select the advanced tab
3.In the top box it should have your connections your using. Select your connection and click settings.
4.Click services tab and check the box that says FTP Server and Telnet Server maybe even Web Server(HTTP).
5. Click OK to update your setting and make sure you open a new browser window.
6. Then go to download whatever you couldn't before from this site and it should work.
