This article didn't really say much, but there were some somewhat interesting things.
Some new info on the mechanics behind the special features of the game and a few new screenshots of course.

I was wondering what kinde of phisicle engine are they talkin about... I thouht it will be the same as VC, mut they wrote it will much better!

It is actually almost same as GTA 3.

If my memory servers me correctly GTA III, GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas are all created using the RenderWare game engine. The engine has been optimized over time, eg: the difference between GTA III and GTA: San Andreas.

I noticed that the German version is modified for violence, as were (apparently) GTAIII and Vice City.
Does anyone know why this is?
Because German people dont have the guts to face the in-game violence, I guess :p
