I dont like firefox... It still gives me pop ups when im playing warcraft 3.
I mean a program pop up blocker, Like stopzilla but my trial ran out.
If you're getting popups while not even using Firefox, you've got adware. I'd suggest installing AdAware, Spybot and Microsoft AntiSpyware in order to ensure you get rid of it.

I already have them, Put theres always 3 or so which never get removed and are back on the computer when restarted.
*Downloads firefox again...*
Pffft.
Have you tried Opera? Its built-in pop-up blocker is way stronger than the Firefox one.

If you are getting Popups in Firefox, Chances are you have Adware. Get Spybot Search and Destroy, murder that spyware! Highyah!
My computer have Spyhunter but I don't know what it is for:p

No it's not. I occasionally get popup's in Firefox, but have no adware.

Download this (http://www.download.com/All-in-One-Secretmaker/3000-7786_4-10393996.html?tag=lst-0-16) program. It's completely free and it works great for blocking popups. If I don't use it I get popups even when I'm not browsing the web. The spyware and adware removers say they are getting rid of the adware that creates these, but they re install themselves I guess.
Oh, and after you install it it will show up in your quicklaunch toolbar in the lower right hand side of the screen. Right click on it and make sure pop-up blocker is turned on.

Firefox's popup blocker is aight, but it doesn't get all of them.
Firefox's + Google's toolbar (http://toolbar.google.com/?promo=mor-tb-en) make an effective pair.

Definatly. Internet Explorer is too vulnerable. Firefox is good when it comes to security. It prevents sites from installing software, and such. Internet Explorer does. Recently, a spyware was released which installs software on your machine and prevents you from using the software on your machine unless you pay the writers. I suggest anyone using Internet Explorer to move to Firefox --> http://www.getfirefox.com/
It's for your own safety. :p
Some security software I suggest you use are AVG Antivirus, if you want buy Norton Antivirus. MS Antispyware can be downloaded from the Microsoft website. Ad-Aware can be downloaded from http://www.lavasoft.de/
Also install Sygate Personal Firewall. You can enable Microsoft Windows Firewall from Control Panel aswell. I suggest both firewalls too. It's also not a bad idea to have two Antivirus's, because they provide you with different definitions.

I installed it and my dad uninstalled it when I was at a friends house. He said that it would bring it more spyware and viruses then it would stop. :(

That's weird!
Is your father an employee in Microsoft?

He clearly doesn't know anything, so remove his Administrator privileges and reinstall it.

Is your dad a security expert? lmao. You should just re-install it, remove his Admin privelliges, and say a virus removed it. Make sure your account has Administrator privelliges, though. :)
