Well, I'll start the list here. I know most of this will never happen, I just like the ideas.

- A new part of town through the tunnel, a small suburban subdevelopment
- The ability to buy properties
- The ability to by cars
- Parachuting
- Flying Helicopters
- Flying planes
- Eating
- Exercising
- Finished Staunton Tower
- Enterable Stadium
- At least 1 more new radio station
- Snow
- The character be Tommy Vercetti
- The year is 2004
- A music store that you can enter but not buy anything
- Robbing stores
- Robbing houses
- Boats with radio on them (Why wasn't it in GTA3?)
- Donald Love back
- The ability to buy Savatore Leone's old house
- A subway extention going out to the subdevelopment
- The ability to eat at Punk Noodles
- Some new cars
- The Stinger in LCS (My favorite car!)
- You have a cell phone you get calls on
- A mission that has something to do with the radio somehow
- Meeting Lazlow
- Killing 8 Ball
- Taking over 8 Ball's buisness
- Buying a place in Hepburn Heights
- The ability to swim in the water
- Climb fences, like CJ
- Drinking coffee to help gain health
- All cars are redesigned
- Some big names in music in the game like Foo Fighters, The Hives, Radiohead, Soundgarden, Audioslave, etc.
- Chatterbox is back
- Flashback 95.6 is back
- Rise FM is back
- Head Radio is back
- Enterable Liberty City Collage
- Other people on the subway now
- Roam around in the subway car
- Jack the train
- A collage radio station
- Bring back the stations they cut out of the game, Liberty FM and The Zone

- Get rid of the fucking pipe blocking the way to Shoreside Vale by boat!
- Ammunation has a gun range
- A country club up in the hills above Shoreside Vale
- CJ makes an apperence in the game
- The ability to take over Love Media
- More missions for Donald Love
- The mall is enterable
- Marcos Bistro is enterable
- You can eat at Marcos Bistro
- You can jack the L Train
- People ride on the L Train too
- You can own the auto place in Harwood
- The police stations are enterable
- The ability to gamble at Kenji's Casino
- Customizable sountracks
- Enterable City Hall
- The ability to take over and be mayor
- Parachute off the tallest building in town
- The fucking Dodo flys better
- An enterable strip club, like Sex Club 7 or something
- Ability to pay strippers like in Vice City
- Gangs at the airport
- The front of the airport is buisier, with cars parked, taxis, more people, etc.
- You can do street races, like Vice Citys
- More weapons
- Tons of melee weapons like Golf Club, Baseball Bat, Chainsaw, Weed Eater and Lawn Mower

You have forgot to mention about the appearance of the gangs in the game. I have no idea about how it's gonna be. Since you have included Tommy Vercetty i.e. vercetty gang will be there.

Since it's the first GTA for PSP, all I want is all the features in San Andreas and an amazing story like GTA3.

-choosable caracters wit own storyline
-useing the memory stick as some sort of expansion device i.e: city expansions, cloth expansions, car expansions.
-downloadable content.
-some sort of Wi-Fi conectivity with other players so you can have multiplayer and stuff like that

Tommy Would be 53 in 2004!, also, you left out Liberty Soul FM from that list.


Anyway, as long as its got the following, then it will be great...
- No Loading times between each part of the city
- Bikes, Helicopters, Boats, a better plane, and motorcycles
- Changable Cloths, system same as San Andreas
- All The Weapons from All The GTA's (so that would be like what, around 50?)
- Custom Radio Station (with the help on the Memory Stick Duo)
- At Least 80 Veichels in total
- Helicopters to have the Searchlight like in san andreas
- ability to buy property
- ability to eat from noodle stands, punk noodles, etc
- ability to enter places like sex club 7, stadium, punk noodles, saint marks, Staunton Church, etc
- have a mobie, but instead of getting call's all the time, recieve text messages
- abilty to MOD cars, but with alot more choice
- at least 100 storyline missions
- all building work finished
- Set during winter (snow :D)

I'm sure that someone might be able to write a program to the PSP's Memory Stick and be able to hack into it. Or if R* was smart, they could sell a MS that hade expansions on and you could just buy a thing to make it where you could use 2 sticks at the same time(one for the gamesave and the other for the expansion). I see a very BIG profit in the expansion! Lets say 64million GTA fans+i dunno maybe a $20 expansion kit=$1,280,000,000 Well over a billion and GTA fans like yall and me would buy(unless someone hacks it and you could do it for free). See what i mean? BIG $$$$$$$$$$MONEY$$$$$$$$$$!!!!!!

Like there is seperate marker in which you go and then all the people who are in the game come to play basketball or football or atleast your gang

If on rockstars site they had like a .jpg of the skin so we could edit it and then put it on are memory stick then in the menue it sais like change skin and it finds all .jpg and changes ur skins.
