Gloominess, Recruiting, Swimming, and Gangs

Number 3 was very grey and gloomy, if you know what I mean...I mean comparing it to Vice City, it looks MUCH MUCH better. I think LCS should be brighter too.

Also, as you all may know, Fido is the most hated character in the entire gta series, for some reason. So it would be very hard if you had to play as him because in every gang territory you go you will get shot up and shot down. So does anyone know who should or who will play in LCS as an alternative?

Another thing is gangs and recruitmant. Since UMDs can hold more memory than DVDs, it means that more features can be put into LCS. The only problem is, there are limited buttons. So does this mean they might take out the gang recruitment and other features?

Also, if they don't take out the recruitment, does anyone know what gang you are in?

Firstly Fido is not the most hated character,he's the least liked character.you get my point.

And i guess it would be stupid if R* pulls out features which are stock now such as gang recruitment.everyone expects gta lcs to be even better than GTA san andreas,though it would be very difficult.But if R* can't keep the standard then no one can.

nah, i think they will only add good stuff, keep the old good stuff, and throw away the less popular things like playing basketball ect.

Rockstar is not going to remove these new features.... And no. The brightness from Vice City should not be added to Liberty City. Liberty City's weather is better than the bright weather from VC.

I don't think they should throw out basketball.even if they do then they should add football and you can play against your friends and leadreboards and stuff.

liberty city weather is supposed to be like new york weather,which mostly aint that bright and vice city was supposed to be miami weather aka bright sunshine, hot etc.

i love the gloomy-ness of Liberty City, i couldn't stand the bright sun in Vice City.

I hope that there isn't Gang recruitment, or if there is, at least not gang wars, i hated that in San Andreas. "Our territory is under attack!"

and me personally, love Fido. I think he is one of the best GTA characters.

EDIT: i think i miss-understood you about Fido...everyone in the game hated him, i thought you meant real people hated him

i loved the sunshine of vice city - made it look like a more shinyer game compared to gta 3 - and with tommys hawaian shirt - class act

Nah, GTA3 had the best feel, dark and gloomy is the way I like it.

TBH I preferred Fido to CJ! Tommy is the best though.

The main character is an Italian guy so I wouldnt see a reason to recruit a big gang...Swimming might be a possibilty..But not flying

didnt they say that the aiming in GTA LCS is very similar to the one in GTA San Andreas, like the manual aim, ect.

Now, I could understand if they didnthave swimming. They should keep the gloominess of Liberty though, because if they didnt it wouldnt be Liberty City. The gang recruitment, on the other hand, you should be able to do. Im pretty sure that in one of Toni's missions in GTA3 he sent some mafia people with you to kill some triad people. So therefore he should have the ability to recruit other people.
