I have been neglecting my ps2 for the past year, the only thing that brought me back was MGS3.

The clip that Neil showed of the new Nintendo had me going. If that had been real then i might have gone for that instead. But seeing as i love my PS2 i will proberly get a PS3.

Off-topic: I saw this area earlier. It said "test" then "E3 2005" i clicked into it then it said about the PS2 and XBOX360. Then it was gone. I'm so lucky.:p

gamestation will sell your ps3 cheaper if you return your ps2.

They did it with the ps1.

My brother's gonna sell his new slimline, at least he says, for the media Playstation 3. After I told him the diffence between the standard and the media station. I won't bother selling my current PS2, though... I couldn't get anything for it if I wanted to. It's model 39001. :p

I'll be buying a ps3, it'll be able to play ps/ps2/ps1 games and it'll probably make the ps2 games play with improved graphics, it's like the ultimated ego booster, I don't have to worry about how much it costs because I have my looney money.

You can in the specs it said it supports both PS1 and PS2 discs, and yes I am getting a PS3.

What do you mean by that? I will have to hook it up to my PC to be able to play them or something?

No, technically the PS3 itself won't be able to play ps2 and ps1 games, but it will have an emulator built in it so that it can play them, yes similar to a NES emulator on your PC.

I'm not sure it if this is true, it's just what I read.

I think you can exchange it at EBGames. Goto a store located near you, and they give you cash to exchange your console to them, I believe. My friend said you can do that, better not be lying though. :p

Stores like cash converters. I wouldn't though, they seriously undersell you.
