nope, you just download multi theft 5.0 auto on http://multitheftauto.com/ and then you have to download gta patches which you can find on google, if you need any more info then e-mail me at bananaman519@yahoo.com i got everything you need to know

well you have to pay to get gta first i guess so does that count?
