I was trying to get help on a completly random site, so I typed in spawn ncp in half life or somethnig like that in google, got this site and found this post, all within 5 minutes of starting to look. I dont know I found it kinda werid

Not that long, it's a mod for HL2, and you use the gravity gun to pose the people into possitions. It's kinda easy after a while.
If you have HL2, I suggest you download it.
