A great game 'cause of this;

Graphics: 95% Awesome.
On the time game was realsed Vice Citys graphics was pretty good but when U compare the size of the "game-area" to "normal games" U have to admit that Rockstar has done awesome job with the graphics.

Sounds: 98% Amazing.
The Radios, voice(-)casting (of the videos), pedestians voice casting, sounds of guns and cars and the "backround noise" is one of the best (if not the best) that games has had. All that + licensed music and the Rockstar games own band 'Love Fist' makes it just amazing. (That -2% comes from: No Guns n' Roses in this game :P)

Controls: 85%(hasn't played Gta III) 93%( has played Gta III)Pretty good.
The controls are "not for newbies" but when U get used to them they work fine/pretty good. Helicopter flying is the hardest thing in this game :)

Gameplay: 95% Fantastic.
Driving a car and shooting is the main subject ;).

Story: 94% Cinematic.
If U wouldn't know better U could actually thought Ur watching a movie.( Well the game is based on the movie 'Scarface')

Extra (Gamemakers): 100% Humor :).
The humor and little things what's in the game does give this game some positive credit,

Extra (Fanmade): 98% Modifactions.
This game is one oh the most modded games in history including: Car-mods, buildings, maps, skins, even multiplaying mod; MTA.

One of the best games in history. In my opinion better than Gta: Sa Ps2-version.

I'll give the game 99% (that -1%= No Gn'R in this game :))

Nice review. However, you don't have to have played GTA3 to learn GTA:VC's controls well. It has the general controls of most action- and racing games.

Have you ever driven through Vice City and thought to yourself: 'I would have loved it if they had implemented [feature x]'? If the answer is yes, than Vice City doesn't deserve a 10\10.

Then no game would ever get a 10/10 because every game I've played that's gotten a 10 from a magazine I've always though of something I've wanted. As I'm sure most people have.

There's only one game I can think of right now that might be worth a 10: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on N64. It's the only game from which I don't wish more from than it already is.

I loved that game.

I just wish it was longer, and a little more open ended with more things to do.

Yes, so do I, right now. However, in 1997 when the game was released, it really WAS all you could wish for. I wouldn't give it a 10 at this moment, but I would have eight years ago. And still, it's the only game that ever came close to deserving a 10 IMO.
