For PS2, likely to come out for Gamecube

Why do I get stuck with the E rated games. You guys take all the good T and M rated games. Anyway, it's a pretty good game.

Story- No real story here. The same as the other two, but with unlockable side chapters. No real originality here. Story= 4/10

Graphics- They're good and all. But I personally, I think the first game had the best graphics. Cel-Shading is cool, but the first game's graphics were the most realistic. 2 and 3 both had Cel-Shading. My point, as beautiful as the graphics are, they pale in comparison to DBZB1. Graphics= 7/10

Gameplay- The fights are really cool! In what other fighting game do you teleport behind your opponent, fly in the air, transform, or shoot energy blasts (Street Fighter had that, but that's Street Fighter, this is DBZ)!! Takes a little getting used to though. Gameplay= 10/10

Overall- This is a good game for anime fans or fans of the DBZ series (like me!). Great fights, bad story, ok graphics. What can you do? Overall it's an ok fighter, mainly for DBZ/anime fans. Stay away from it otherwise. Me and my friends are all fans, so :rude:. Overall score= 8.6/10

edit: i changed the score cuz I realized I like this game alot.

I would give it a much better score.
The only thing really bad in this game is this:No cut-scenes. When you are about to face a bad guy, all you see is a 2D face, with some text. When there is a fight going on during the cut scenes, all you here are looping sounds. It's better than DBZ2, though.
The game truly shines in its gameplay. You have to use your mind, because you'll have to dodge powerful blows and devastating beams. The first time you play it, you'll be stunned with the game's sense of power. When you power up,you feel the power. It's awesome!
The graphics are beautifully cell shaded. You almost think you're in the show. When you strike your opponent with a finisher move, making the planet look like the moon, you see how smooth the animations and backgrounds really are.
The sound is nothing special, mostly electronic songs, just like in the series.

Conclusion: This game is definately the best in the DBZ series. The gameplay is unique and the graphics beautiful. A must have for any fan. 8.2/10
