Los Santos Vagos turf by the 'Boat School' - are there any gang members there?

This is only turf I've got left to win, but there doesn't seem to be any Vagos about at all. Can anyone help me?

yea, just look for a long time... honestly, thats all you can do

either that or enter a cheat.... go to www.gtasanan.com and look at the cheats page for gang codes, those should help you out...

go to that marker inside the boating school then exit out if it dont work the first time repeat it to you see 3 vagos

if u complete the boat school i am not ure if u need to get all golds u get the turf.

Tried this today for ages, could only get two Vagos to appear. Any other advice? I don't want to use cheats to do it . .
