The infernus is should be parked Paradiso SF The North Eastern most house in Paradiso. If it's not in the driveway run around the block and check again.

There is one is the easter basin navy place, its sort of a bitch to get out, when u get near it waste all the coppers quickly with an m4 or sumthin, then peg it out of there and spray it, dont ever stop.

The only time I've found a mesa is when I'm leaving the desert and entering Las Ventturas
