Ach where am I

I was re-doing the liberty mission when I used a technique to get over one of the wlls. I did just that then I ran around outside there for a short bit. I fell through one of the buildings and plummeted for about 15 seconds before I splashed into some water but the water had no texture it jus looked like the grey underworld but I was swimming in it. If I look in the distance I can see Underwater life floating aboe this "Water" also what I wanna know is where exactly is this? am I at rock bottom of the map or something?

Also a funny thing I found is out back of Mark's bistro the car's license plate is one of which from Las Venturas lol.
