Anyone know? I try looking at the police stations for the Police one but I find nothing. News one I got no clue where it ca be.

There is a mavaric at fs airport.
Just follow the raod into the center of the airport, when you have the entrance infront of you take the road right, which bends a litle, then take your first right into the parking area, follow the raid strait down, and you will come to another entrance to the airport.
Park you car next to the building, then jump onto it, you can then get the car, which usualy spawns behind it and go to the east side of the airport. there are a few hangers facing you with their doors, which are closed, in front of that is a flyable maverick.
The Maverick is also found in Bayside, at the Tierra Robada side of the Gant Bridge. Check on the helipad that juts out into the harbour.

i found one in the desert at bayside, it was a big cop and me riot, i killed em all and flew off in the mavarick,then went back to san fierro and did the lower wanted level cheat
