Mod garages

Can anyone post the list of mod garages? And in which one can I mod cars like Jester, or Elegy, becouse in the mod garage in Las Venturas I cannot mod them. Thanks

If you cannot mod them in LS, you can't mod them anywhere else, and the mod garages are the same throughout San Andreas.

yeah, but one dude on this forum has got a picture of full moded Jester, but I cannot mod it!!!

i think there's another mod place that can be unlocked that can mod the Jester. something like arch angels

You have to buy Wang cars then do the garage missions.

Each mod garage will be able to mod some sort of cars (the one by Cesar's neighborhood will do lowriders,while one in LV will do sports/tuner cars, etc.

The only problem is getting a car from one city to another w/out flipping it over, getting busted or wasted. But you can use a tow truck or tractor to do that.

i unlocked arch angels and it said i can now mod racing cars there but whenever i go there the door never opens.they cann kiss my ass

You can only do certain cars. About 5/6.
