Catching Houses on Fire -- Is It Possible?

Has anyone been able to actualy catch a building on fire besides the one mission in LS.

I've started the inside of Burger Shot in flames, but it won't actualy smoke from the outside. Oh well

one time i heard alot of explosions so i went to check it out and a firetrucky came and stared spraying water at a buildings, lol

You can't burn grass either (it'll catch on fire, but eventually die down.

one time i did it in the johnson house (not knowing) and i did it by the front door and too fast did it spread and burned me to death in the upstairs room lol
