Exporting savegame

I've just downloaded a program to open your galery viewer and save the pics you've taken with your cam in San Andreas. It will be cool to take your own screens and take it to your pc. However I want to know the best way to get the savegame to your pc. Should I maybe buy a usb flash card for the PS2. But will my pc be able to read it?
