We know of PayNSpray and Transfender. Is there another? I'm asking because I found this car called the Jester (high performance car) and tried to enter Transfender with it and usually if a car can't be modified it would say You Cannot Mod This Vehicle. Well instead, it said You Cannot Mod This Vehicle HERE.
Anyone have a clue?

Yeah, I'm past that in SF itself. My garage is near a Transfender.

Yeah there is another body shop in San Fierro that mods the Jester. You'll unlock it soon.

maybe the car is so good u can't mod it...:p
