Atleast those parents are doing the right thing, and won't be getting the game for you.
If you are under the age limit, then TOO BAD, GROW UP (literally and figuratively).
My older brother got a hold of GTA 3 when it was released, and he was 16. My parents didn't know what was that game, until I started to play it at 15 (and yet, they just told us "as long as we did the chores and our homework, then we're able to play it".
You have to set the model to let your parents decide what you do. They are your parents, and you are under their rules, so if you don't like it, either stop whining, or find another way to get it.

san andreas is much different than GTA3 and VC though, it makes them look like fucken pokemon. i would have a hard time saying even a 16 yr old would be mature enough for SA.
