Total Conversion of Vice City!

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I once was in a cybercafe and they had gta vice city but a total conversion of it. After it said Rockstar Games, there was a need for speed underground loading screen saying "laden" then it was completely different in the game; there were neon lights, flames from the exhaust pipes, etc... Then when i wanted to download it i can't find it Anyone knows where i can download it from? in the menu it said mod by charlie and i tried that but it didn¡t work
Does anyone know the download link?

I saw that mod before but cant remember the name.

Well, finally someone replied. And yes, I saw the mod again and it was made by CHYMO. Then i found several download links for some of his mods. They were about 350 megabytes to 400 megabytes. Even after i downloaded them, it wasn't the exact one I wanted. But anyways, they were quite similar.

If you want the nsf underground the effect there was a special mod for that. You can install that with the other total conversion.

I first thought the same, but when i visited the forums he posted on CHYMO mentoined other links which weren't emule and they were straight download boxes.

And yeah scotty g i did download two of the mods and they did work. If you want i can tell you the links. I don't prefer the emule links since they're really slow and therefore I used the straight download boxes...If it comes up with an error i think it's your browser (i'm not quite sure).

i know, the filesize is quite big...:d. I downloaded both of them and in total it took me about 5 hours. Did you try that link above? Did it work? And about that tuning mod, i still can't find that liink! try search in google, i found it through there. If you want there might be anohter way i can transfer that file to you via e-mail or anything.

well it took me about 20 minutes to download one and i tried google and only one came up and it didnt work and my email is skdante1@hotmail.com if you find it (talkin to Mc_GaNgStA)

i've finally found a the link but unfortunately it's under-construction. the link is www.thegtasanandreas.com that is the main link. That's the main link but i can't find what goes after .com/??? I'll search it ass soon as i find the mod

well, because when i was looking for gta tuning, i came across a link which got me straight to the download box. I didn't have to search through the website. I told a mate about it and gave him the link. Then when i wanted to find out about that need for speed underground version, i posted on here. Then you asked for the tuning link and i asked that friend wheni was around his house and i forgot to write downl the linik, it started with www.thegtasanandreas.com then now he is out of town and as soon as he gets back, he has the link and will pass it on to me.
