More gang type feel?

First of all i just want to say this is a great place to be and thanks for having me here.


Ok i was thinking it would be great if there was a mod for vice city which would make the game much more ruff around the edges and gang like.I mean say if your walking down the road in vice city you dont really see any car jackings going on or anything not even a single drive by! So what i want to know is there a mod out there wich can make vice city more ruff? With pointless drive bys ect ect?

Just put in the pedestrian riot cheat and teh pedestrians have weapons cheat. Then save the game.
