On the main page it says R* is updating the site again tonight. Is it supposed to put up the complete list of songs in the game?

It's been updated. Unless you're seeing a new update going to be happening... but it shows the complete list of songs that'll be on the 2 disc soundtrack, not all the ones in the game.

Did they say a full update? I thought it was an update and more music. They did extend the samples for each station.

Because technically, they gave you a full list of songs... that are on the soundtrack.
