Problem with Downloaded cars

Hi! This is my first thread. My english it's not very good yet(I'm from Spain), so sorry if I don't write very well. I have a problem with new downloaded cars in Vice City: I put them on a garage with LithJoe's trainer but the garage door doesn't open! What can I do? This doesn't happen with VCMM cars! I don't know what to do! Please help me.

Personaly, the lith joe trainer suck's.I used this REALY sweet one along time ago.I forgot the name :(
