Vice City Parking Garage Mod???

Several days ago, I was seaching www.GTAgaming.com for mods, and I found a mod that turns the parking garage by the docks (where you get missions from Cortez) into a save point with a 40 car garage. I did not download it, and since then i have not been able to find it. Could someone please tell me if this a real mod that i didn't just dream up, and if it is real, where can i find it?

its called the Marina Carpark Mod, yes it is a real mod and u can park 40 cars in it however u want(i have the mod and i like it alot0 and u can find it HERE (http://dlx.gamespot.com/pc/grandtheftautovicecity/ moreinfo_6094604.html) at Gamespot: DLX but u have to be a member like me
