Is there any way to edit how many cops chase me at certain stars?

like edit how many police are on the street at 3 stars, 4 stars and so on.

sounds like some sort of main.scm or gta-vc.exe coding, not sure though

try out a program called multi-edit if u havnt allready. theres one for gta3, mite be compatable with vice.
