Note:This might be on the pc vertion,i just found it on the ps2 vertion.And i forgot were it was, you'll haft to ask someone.

That's not for 100%. You get that, the Borgnine Taxy, for doing dropping off 100 passengers(non-consecutive) in a cab.

No biggy, that taxi rocks though. Not that it's the fastest in the game, but it's quite unique.

I was under the impression that the Rhino tank becomes unlocked at Phil's Army Surplus when you reach 100%.
The Rhino's doors are unlocked after completing 'The Exchange.' Otherwise it just sits there inaccessible.
You unlock things as you go through the game, but nothing for reaching 100%.
III had more rewards than Vice City when you think about it, and they were all much more difficult to unlock too.

I got SA :D This game rocks..... hell yeah.....Possible Spoiler? Discontinue Reading if you dont have SA yet.
except for Cesars street racing missions..... Especially Farewell my love... Did u all notice that Cesar looks ugly in the game but in the pictures of him sitting on the lowrider n stuff he looks better???

Dude, not the thread to post this in, and yes there is one.. its,
Theres not one!!!! And if you looked at this you're to lazy to do the missions yourselves!!!! It gets harder, trust me.........

ha thats the borgnine taxi u get for the taxi missions, people say im dumb (no offense)
gta 3 gives u nothing after completing 100%,
