My Fave place for a cop war has to be on portland on top of the hospital ramp thingy park a car on the ramp get 6 stars and drive away... totaly amazing.

theres a brige with no sides park a car next to the edge and get out then park a car next to it and get in the car at the edge of the bridge and put your wanted level up to two and wait the cops should come and drive straight off the bridge into the water
