How do i get to the third island with out beating any missions on the second island (the island im on now)???

You can use the tunnel behind the hospital, or fly there with the dod dynamics code.

about the tunnel, i dont think that works, cause it blocks.

Yes k-evin, the tunnel is blocked at this point of the game :). The only way to get to the third island early is to use the flying cars cheat ;).
